rushed me out the door and didn’t even give me the shape i want. they’re also uneven. (look at the pinky vs the others.) i asked for a sharp square, these look more round. she kept asking me to give her five stars on the spot and honestly she’s lucky im giving two. i asked for acrylic and she kept talking about how the dip is better. while that may be true, she did little to no shaping and was just trying to rush me out and get to the next person even though i waited over an hour to meet with her.
Love this place! After trying different places around the cities I always come back here. They have the best staff and my nails look amazing every time! Picture below is my most recent acrylic set! 11/10
Been a customer for almost a year, i’ll never be back to this place again. Came in at 3:25 for a 330 appointment got set up at the pedicure table. They put my feet in water for 20 minutes before anyone came over to give me any color swatches or to let me look at the menu for pedicures. The color selections weren’t that great mostly pastels. I asked the lady if they had any more color swatches she told me no, and then proceeded to give another lady next to me two baskets of swatches. I didn’t get paint on my toes until after 4:30. Once they started on my nails and finished. I wasn’t out of there till almost 6:30. No wonder they keep the lights dim, to cover up the shotty work. The lady who runs the place just gossips and runs her mouth about ex employees. She’ll make you listen to her stories and show you texts and screenshots of messages, so unprofessional. I’m sure she’ll share this with customers… this place only gets good reviews because most of the clientele and repeat customers I see are very young teenager girls who are just spending their parents money. There are nicer, cleaner, friendlier nail shops around.
Great place to relax and get some TLC! The ladies are wonderful and do an excellent job! My nails always look beautiful!
I love this place! They always do an amazing job anytime I come here, even when they're really busy, they always make time for me. Lena is so sweet & gave me a discount for waiting patiently while she was finishing with another client. Everyone is very wonderful. I've returned several times & have never been disappointed!
