My husband and I needed some help with filing back taxes, Lilly was so nice and listened to us and explained everything to us. She answered all and any of our questions that we had as well. They're very patient and understanding and we walked out of there with such relief with having Lilly's help. Very professional and kind. I will be coming back to handle all our taxes from now on.
If I could rate less, I would. I've never received such horrible customer service in my life. I picked up my taxes on July 22nd and I was told they were filed. Lilly advised 2-3 weeks on my return. It's now been 8 weeks. I've tried to call 4 times and email once for an update. Kathy continues to tell me they will call me back. I have not received any word on my taxes. THIS IS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I am so grateful for Belinda & her incredible staff. I'm someone who gets nervous about taxes because I want to make sure I'm doing everything right, but they ALWAYS make me feel so at ease & like a million bucks walking out the door with everything streamlined & filed for me. Not only is Belinda filled with education & 36 years of experience, she is an incredibly kind human who treats her clients with warmth & respect. I will never go to another accountant because I already have the best one! ☀️💕
Belinda is the best accountant there is. I love everyone here and enjoy working with them. I am self-employed and she is the only person I trust to get my taxes done correctly and get me that return! I can not recommend Belinda and her team enough. Best accountants EVER!!!
I'm an independent contractor, and I don't trust my ability to do my own taxes. The ladies at Higlands tax are competent and friendly. I have been with Lily the past 2 years and will continue to have my taxes filed here. I definitely reccomend if you want to avoid the big corporations and have the process thoroughly explained to you.
