Amazing Vet! My dog has major anxiety going to the vet and they were so patient and loving toward him. Definitely recommend coming here. Such a good visit!
THIS visit stands out as exceptional. The fill in receptionist (Natalia) was her amazing smart self! Casey was great! Dr Smith was on point with both my dogs but the "challenged child" to be exact. Thanks for making the dreaded trip with her exceptional. HER behavior proved it was a win. Thank you!
Before adopting my goldendoodle 2.5 years ago, I researched every vet practice in my area. I read reviews, stopped into their offices, asked friends for personal vet reviews.....I did my homework. From the first appointment at Higley Animal Hospital, when I had my puppy for two or three days, to an appointment yesterday 11/11/25, all of our vits have been pleasant, professional, thorough, and convenient. Initially, I had hoped that my dog and I would be seeing the same vet for each of his well visits, but this isn't how the practice is managed. And I'm just find with that because each vet has met the high standards I expect when seeking care for my dog. The clerical support staff is consistently pleasant, understanding, and thorough - always following through when contact is needed. Kay at the front desk is professional and kind. Her presence has been consistent since our first visit. I am over the moon happy with Higley Grove and have recommended this practice to many friends.
Dr. Collins listens and finds the right solutions! Our shih tzu Maltese mix is allergic to so many things. He was very sick. She reviewed all the test results and came up with the right answers. I only recommend Dr Collins. The other vet is less experienced. All the Vet techs here and the office staff are amazing. After moving here it was hard to find a great vet so happy to have found Dr Collins.
Absolutely Love Higley Groves Animal Hospital....Incredible Doctors and staff. They go the extra mile to figure out how to fix your fur baby. They make sure everyone knows what to do and what to watch for. I had been to a lot of Vet's who never FIXED OR FIGURED OUT what was going on.....Dr.Alber and his entire team has helped my Taylor get to have a healthy life. My parents now go to the clinic with both of their dogs.We truly love ❤️ and recommend the love and care from ALL OF THE HIGLEY GROVES ANIMAL HOSPITAL STAFF...AMAZING ANIMAL HOSPITAL
