So efficient, kind and helpful! Special shoutouts to Priti and Lenne! Great system here. I arrived at 7:35 am, went inside, grabbed my number. They open/start calling numbers at 8. Registration renewed and writing this review at 8:15! Nicely done!
Made an appointment at the DMV to get some title work done for our son’s car and was in and out like a flash. Leena Was fabulous to work with. She was extremely kind, patient and full of very valuable information! Great experience.
I renewed my registration online. Received an email confirmation that renewal was ready for pickup. Received two emails. Both with different tag numbers. Went to the DMV. Picked up my renewal. It was for a tag that I didn't even own. When I realized I asked the front desk service person who is very rude. He stated he couldn't help me and that I needed to wait in line. The wait was an hour and a half. Was also told that they would text me when when it was 3rd person in line. Which they didn't. Luckily I was in the right place and heard my number called. So went to the desk. Apparently they had issued me another tag and didn't tell me. But they made it sound like it was my fault for not knowing. The desk person was also very rude. All I did was follow the rules and they made it seem like it was my fault. I've only lived in Tampa for the last 9 years and I've never had this bad of a customer service. Maybe it's the New head of the Hillsborough county tax office. It's too bad that we have to get registration and we don't have a choice. I wish I could say that I would go to someplace else like I could if it was a grocery store, convenience store or restaurant. But we don't have a choice. Maybe we should just start voting people out.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Glenda was absolutely amazing! She helped me get my new driver’s license at the tax collector’s office and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was professional, patient, and very helpful every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and doing her job right. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional while assisting me with my driver’s license address update. She clearly explained policy changes, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond by helping me customize my vehicle tag, even showing multiple preview options before finalizing it.
