The staff were friendly and the store was nicely organized. I came here because I wanted to support a local business instead of going to iBreakUfix like I usually do. HMB Cellular’s prices for screen repair were comparable, but the workmanship was disappointing. When I first picked up my phone, there was visible separation between the front and back plates, along with residual glue that clearly wasn’t holding the device together. I left it overnight so they could let the glue set longer, but when I picked it up the next day, the excess glue still hadn’t been cleaned up. Although the phone stayed intact at that point, the screen began glitching later the same day and is now unusable most of the time. I also experienced delays twice, nearly two weeks each time, because they had ordered the wrong replacement screen for my Galaxy S20. Finally, the store’s posted hours don’t seem reliable; even now (10:40 a.m.), they’re not open despite a sign that says they open at 10:00. I wouldn’t recommend this shop if you need quick turnaround or have an older phone with harder-to-replace components.

Kai was very helpful with my son Carlo cell phone. Was able to get it when he said he would. On top of that Good pricing Good quality, And friendly and helpful customer service!!! And give us a free portable charger. Wow!!!
We've taken many devices here and always received the most fantastic and skilled service. Old stuff, new stuff, red stuff, blue stuff, the prices are fair and the work is incomparable. They get 5 stars and a hell yeah!
Amazing! 10/10 Charged me $110 to fix the screen for a iPhone 13 Pro Max. Person who fixed it has been doing it for over 4 years- kind and professional. Took less than 15 minutes. Owner gave us a free portable charger. Talk about great service. Located on the corner of university & 41st next to the gas station. Highly recommend!!!
