Ryan and the family run business are laid back and a no pressure decision. They were very fair and even allowed for negotiation with a competitor to get the deal done. The workers themselves were efficient and cleaned up better than any other exterior contractors I have used before, and I have little kids and dogs, so not seeing any nails was nice. Thumbs UP!
Roof4Roof installed a new flat roof on my home after Hurricane Sandy. We developed a leak this past winter. R4R sent a team over the next day to repair as still under warranty. I was so impressed as you hear horror stories about roofers constantly. R4R honored the warranty, fixed at no cost to me and completed the work promptly. I recommend without reservation because of the excellent work quality and service.
I had gotten an estimate prior to quarantine. Their quote was almost $1,000 less than the other quote I had gotten, but they were more thorough and filled me with more confidence. Because of COVID-19, it took a little longer for the work to get done, but they did a great job. After they left, I called back with questions about the job, and they sent a team back to my house that day to make sure i was satisfied. I would definitely work with them again.
Everything was handled very well and in a timely fashion.
