I go back and forth buying my dog food between this place and a feed store out in West Fort Worth. Hollywood Feed has great choices and good customer service. I also get my 13th bag of food for free, which takes forever, but at least it’s not nothing. Makes my day when I hit that free bag of food.
I just got a puppy and they were so helpful. I'm "one of those," so I was happy to find a pet store that gets it. I love their selection of batural and organic products. Seriously great service, it's like I have a personal shopper everything I go in. Love it, love them.
absolutely love shopping at Hollywood Feed! The staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping me find the best for my pets. The store is clean, well-organized, and always stocked with high-quality food, treats, and toys that I can feel good about giving my fur babies. I really appreciate that they go above and beyond with customer service—whether it’s carrying heavy bags out to the car, offering great recommendations, or remembering my pets by name, they make every visit such a pleasant experience. Grace is amazing at this location. She always is so welcoming and the rest of the staff is as well, but there’s just something about ( Grace )she makes me feel so valued as a customer. She always has so much knowledge about the products, dog food, and things that Hollywood feed sells She is just incredible. I really like Hollywood feed and now that they’ve remodeled and expanded. They have self Dog washing. As you can see, I have a big dog and it really made it easier
