Went in to look at some post cards and got yelled at for stealing them. I was holding printed out pictures of me from Johnny rockets, I walked in holding them too. I left after showing him my own pictures, did not buy anything and will never go back. Maybe if you were so observant to begin with you wouldn’t be paranoid about theft.
Good music and service
This store is GREAT! The owner had great customer service, and prices were great!!! If you’re looking for souvenirs, COME HERE! Great store!
Great store - best deals on Hollywood Blvd.
This greedy heartless store owner would not even give me $20 bucks, a partial refund, after selling me a cheaply made suitcase for $75 that didn’t even last one flight. He actually tried to get me to buy another suitcase for a $10 discount. Pay him $60 more, in addition to the $75 I already gave him, after he sold me a cheap suitcase that broke after one trip. I can’t believe how stingy and unaccommodating that is. He was so nice when he sold it to me just a week before. I can’t believe he wouldn’t even give me $20 bucks back. After one flight, I received it from my baggage claim with the wheel snapped off and scratches to the paint all over and he was telling me it’s my fault. I would NOT have come back and asked for anything if it wasn’t so expensive.
