Great experience! Shout out to Avi, Tika and Twinkle, who were fantastic. Excellent at what they do, and super kind. I never treat myself to the spa - this was a gift from a friend. Most pampered day ever - and my skin felt amazing when I left.
Holtz Spa is a great place if you’re looking to truly relax and unwind. The decor is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed, which immediately sets the tone when you walk in. The location itself is large and spacious, the washrooms are clean, and the overall atmosphere feels peaceful. The massage therapists are excellent, professional, and skilled, and the couples massage experience is especially lovely and well done. The only downside is the front desk experience. While everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, the staff at reception can come across as slow, unwelcoming, and a bit rushed. I’ve noticed this on multiple visits with different staff members, so it feels more like a consistency issue rather than a one-off. A warmer and more attentive front desk experience would really elevate an otherwise great spa.
Holtz Spa services are very pricey but their employees are helpful and welcoming. They offer juice, coffee and water. The environment is very clean and beautiful with a positive vibe and good energy. Brianna is a talented and skilled massage therapist who knows exactly which techniques to use on each part of the body.
I had a wonderful experience at the spa. It is a beautiful space, the people are friendly and knowledgeable, and I didn't feel any pressure to purchase the recommended product. I truly felt like my skin was her priority in the appointment. She was a consummate professional, and my skin was glowing when I left
