I recently used this pet-sitting service for my cat, and while the sitters were kind and seemed to have good intentions, my experience was unfortunately disappointing. When I returned home, the house had a strong smell of urine, and I found dried feces pebbles around the house, including on my bed. I’m generally a flexible person, but this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience, especially since the sitter didn’t inform me about the urine issue. The smell was very noticeable, and it’s hard to understand how it could have gone unaddressed. While I appreciate the friendliness of the sitters, the lack of thoroughness in caring for my home and pet has led me to decide not to use this company again. I hope this feedback helps them improve their services for future clients.
