You have no idea how grateful and appreciative for all Michelle has done for us. And this is how it all started, so after years of me trying to buy a house I kept failing to obtain a mortgage , and every mortgage company I faced, was deceitful, they wanted to charge me insane amount of money and was unresponsive everytime I had questions. Untill I found Michelle. She took her time with me and gather everything I needed to get preapproved and fully approved for FHA. , and saved me thousands of dollars on fees I didn’t even know I could save on. And when we finally got a contract for the house I’m in now. She was able to close us in just 2 weeks on Christmas Eve lol it’s was the greatest Christmas gift for our family. A record time of closing , she was very proactive, even after facing a passing of a love one, she took all her personal time she needed and still helped us. Gathering every document for underwriting and making sure we saw it through till the end. I’m beyond grateful for you Michelle and my family for having this home.
