I reserved a cabana for $89 for my boyfriend’s birthday due to enjoying my time here before.. I was so surprised that on arrival, I was met with a person who told me they had no record of my reservation, which was not true bc i booked this a month In advance and the manager later confirmed I do have a reservation and it took over 15 minutes for me to sit. But my night just got worse. The fireplace for the cabana was broken all over the restaurant, so we were cold the entire night with no fireplace, we were supposed to have a dedicated server & anytime i tried to get someone to help me they were rude & unable to assist. We couldn’t order any alcohol or drinks at our table . We had to walk all the way to the other side and BARGE into somebody else’s party just to order a drink at the bar , which was never supposed to happen bc I reserved a cabana and it came with a waitress . It was as just a terrible night , I was cold and discussing with management the entire time i was there & was told I was going to get a refund due to the terrible service they provided. However I had to dispute with my bank because they were unable to do it right the first time. Never booking here again.

Got there near to closing so it wasn't crowded. Food amd service were good. Price range is comparable.

Cute ambiance here! My gfs and I came here recently on a Sunday evening while they had the cherry blossoms decor—we rented the Tea House Cabana-Style which fits up to 6 people, with a rental charge of $125 plus fees. The atmosphere is nice and the decor is cute! There is a small fire pit in our cabana as well, and a cute swing to sit on and take pictures. They had trash cans set up near each cabana so it got in the way of many of our swing photos (we eventually asked a staff to move it). Food wise, the menu is limited and not many good options—just typically bar food, but reasonably priced. They do have a full bar so we were able to order cocktails off the menu. The cabana rental came with a complimentary bottle of rosé.

I am giving three stars based on the vibe and ambiance of this establishment. It is absolutely beautiful--the setup is amazing! It is a really nice place and way to celebrate the cherry blossoms and catch a really cool outside vibe! However, I was not impressed with the level of service that we received yesterday, nor was I impressed with the food itself. We sat down at 11:15am and our server did not come to our table for almost 30 minutes. We were so grateful that a few other servers stopped by to fix and move our umbrella because the sun was unkind (thank you ladies). Everyone was nice, but service was exceptionally slow. When we place our orders, our food came out and everything we ordered was completely underwhelming. My black bean burger was...thick mush. My daughters chicken sandwich was a bunch of grey, white and brown colored chicken that seemed to come from different parts of the breast and my friends poke bowl was not great (see pictures). We did not finish our food and we decided not to order the bottomless because we just were not impressed from the start. For those who have not visited, be aware that if you book a garden table you do not have backs to your seats and the table you eat on isn't at the same level as your body. These are not necessarily cons, but just be mindful of the environment. I would say this place is probably best for drinks alone and not food.

Viking Village a hidden gem with must see outdoor space. Fire pits are spaced out with ample heat and unique vibe. Service is attentive and food is emblematic of a renaissance fair - ambitious eaters should try their Turkey leg (pictured) and gravy! Pretzel was also a big hit along with their spiked apple cider!
