I had a really good experience with Hope Law Firm. Everyone I spoke with was friendly. Jamie showed up prepared and was great to work with — I felt very supported and genuinely cared for throughout the process. Nothing felt rushed or brushed off, and that gave me a lot of peace of mind. I couldn’t have asked for more than what Scott L brought to the table as an attorney. I was really able to give the retainer and just let him and his team work on my custody case. If I had any questions I would get an almost immediate answer through email and if it was more complex I would receive a phone call right away. If you’re looking for someone to handle your case and want someone that’s going to do a good job while you let them work then I highly recommend Hope.
This review is by myself, Crystal Ross, Brad Ross is my husband and was my supporter through this whole process. It's awesome to have your partner in life believe in you and have your back. It's also awesome to have Hope Law Firm have your back. Scott Lyon and his Paralegal Brownyn make an awesome team. The professionalism and Scott's eye for detail is exellent. If I had any questions, both were quick to respond whether it was through text messages, emails or a phone call. Mr. Lyon is very compassionate , listened to what my goal was and delivered. He came to Court very well prepared and because he listens, knew exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this duo. On a personal note: I would have never thought I would be in this situation, Scott is up front and to the point. He was very well prepared for court and very professional. I love a Lawyer and Law Firm that actually has your best interest at heart. He's a winner and I will be forever grateful. My experience with Hope Law Firm was smoother than I thought it would ever be. I would like to personally thank Attorney Jamie and her paralegal, Alexandra for their help in my case. I was very nervous and scared but in the end, I had my case dismissed. Jamie didn’t give up and she is truly an embodiment of what a true attorney should be.
