Best threading experience I’ve ever had with Shae — she is a MASTER! Normally threading is very painful to me and makes my eyes water —it was extremely tolerable and almost painless with Shae. She is also fast and very detail oriented. Will definitely come back for her!
JANA! JANA! JANA! I’ve tried so many waxing places, but have had the best experience at Hot Wax in Hampden. I’ve been seeing Jana Ventura at HW since 2024 and have never had a negative experience. She’s smiley, nice, and a perfectionist (at waxing)! I especially recommend Hot Wax for beginners. Jana will take good care of you.
Ashley is incredible She is kind, funny and professional. I have been coming here for awhile and have never had to wait, she is always fast and efficient. Her attention to detail is spectacular! She even convinced me to try things outside of my comfort zone. All while being the sweetest person ever! Thanks Ashley!
Hands down 10/10! The owner, Becky, is currently taking clients and I got so lucky to get her to do my brows!! I love Hotwax but this was my first time to the Hampden location. My brows needed some serious TLC (too much work… not enough self care anyone???). I let her decide the best look for my face and she did amazingggg! I am so happy I went! Don’t think twice, book that appointment and let her hook you up!!
Rebecca was amazing! Picked this spot based on the great reviews online while out of town. I’m always nervous trying someplace new for the first time but this was such a wonderful experience. The waxing appointment took less time than my regular spot at home, and was also the least painful Brazilian I’ve ever had. Rebecca was so sweet and professional, the service was quick and the results were clean and just what I wanted. The shop itself is also really cute. If you’re looking for a speedy, clean and less painful waxing experience, five stars hands down. Will be back if I’m in the area again.
