Updating my review to 5 stars. I still believe this location can use some improvement in customer service but the owner, Melanie personally reached out to me and went out of her way to understand my concerns and offered more than reasonable options to make up for the inconveniences. So 5 stars for personal outreach and experience. I was given the option to rescind my new membership and did not feel coerced or influenced to stay but based on my one encounter I chose to ride it out for at least the 6 months and will decide then whether to continue. Melanie seemed very empathic and genuine. I hope that they prioritize those same qualities in the future in their hiring process.
workouts are next-level — you leave every session feeling stronger, more energized, and totally accomplished. The facility is spotless, the equipment is top-notch, and the vibe is super motivating. Huge shoutout to Hannah — she’s an absolute TANK 💪🔥! Always bringing the energy, pushing everyone to crush their goals, and making the whole experience fun and inspiring. If you’re looking for results and a killer community, this is the place to be!
Love how I feel after my Hotworx session. The facility is alway clean and well taken care of. The owners also always have have fun motivational incentives for the members to participate in.
This was my first time doing a HOTWORX workout. I did the hot stretch, my body reminded me I need to spend more time working on myself…and not just working :) I sweat a lot but not too much- just enough! The facility is clean, there is a little workout area in the back. Can’t wait for tomorrow!
My friends and I had a group session here to celebrate my sister and my bestie’s birthdays. For alot of us it was our first time going there. We loved it! It was so fun. Melanie and Sheryl were so accommodating. They even had a little bday table decorated and set up with goodies and birthday cake protein bites. Several in our party signed up for memberships because we liked it so much. Thank you Melanie and Sheryl!
