I started by having a not so good experience trying to cancel my membership. There was a miscommunication with me and the manager Hunter. She called and was very kind apologizing about the issue and helped me cancel the membership and made it right. I appreciated her doing what she could to help.
Absolutely LOVE HOTWORX Wilderness Hills! The staff there are the kindest people and really make you feel at home! I love stopping in and saying hi before my workouts - and burning 200+ calories in 15 minutes! The infrared saunas are a GAME changer. If you are stuck in a fitness rut or just don't know where to start, HOTWORX is your place to go! It's always clean AND everything is 24 hours so it works with any schedule!
I love HOTWORX!!! The trainers are amazing and I am challenged with every workout I do. It's so nice to just show up and know I'm going to get an amazing workout. In only 30 minutes I usually burn over 200 calories inside the saunas. After each workout I feel so accomplished, and have noticed my skin clearing up since becoming consistent!
Never in my life have I been so attached to a gym. I have been a member here for over three years and I love how clean the space is and how friendly the staff is! HotWorx is a great environment for people of all abilities! It’s still challenging me three years later!
