House of Flowers has the kindest and most welcoming staff. I tried to go to a different florist and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. House of Flowers really brightened my day with their beautiful flowers and can-do service. Thank you so much!

House of Flowers truly went above and beyond when I found myself in a bind. My original planner had a personal emergency and couldn’t do the flowers for my event, so I called House of Flowers hoping they could help on short notice (3 days before). They exceeded every expectation! Using the materials I had, they added just the right flowers and created the most stunning arrangements. Jessica, the owner, was incredibly kind, accommodating, and understanding of the situation. She even sent me photos of the arrangements as she was working on them to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted. The level of care and attention to detail was extraordinary. The flowers were so beautiful that I sent them home with friends after the event to brighten their homes and spread joy. I can’t recommend House of Flowers enough for their artistry, compassion, and professionalism. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into something truly special!
HOUSE OF FLOWERS IS THE BEST!!! Casket flowers ordered online a week before the funeral never arrived - at 9A they put together a stunning arrangement in 30 minutes and saved the day! By 9:30A we had a beautiful arrangement for a 10A funeral! I cannot thank them enough for their commitment to their craft and their unbelievable compassion. They went out of their way to assist us and we are so incredibly thankful! I will never use anyone else in Lubbock!!! Thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Well... I had two orders for mothers day. One was a floral arrangement for my grandmother which turned out AMAZING, and the other was a succulent arrangement that... well... yikes. Normally I'd call and ask to exchange it (like I said, the flowers are great), but my step mother likes it so I guess that's what matters🤣 I get that the arrangements may not look as advertised online, but this is plain embarrassing. There's a lot of technical things I could go into, but all in all the plant was lazily thrown together and an eye sore. Maybe just order the flowers to be safe. I'd like to add that as far as prices go, they are very reasonable. Delivery was quick and friendly.
