House of Stemms is truly my favorite neighborhood florist, and they continue to impress me every time I order from them. I recently requested an arrangement for a family member and asked specifically for white hydrangeas and all‑white flowers. The bouquet they created was absolutely beautiful and was very much appreciated by my loved ones. Erin and the team consistently craft stunning arrangements and are always willing to work with me on style preferences, flower choices, and budget. Their personalized service sets them apart. I also appreciate how they keep me updated on delivery timing and confirmation, which gives me peace of mind. Every experience I’ve had with House of Stemms has been exceptional. Another fantastic arrangement from House of Stemms! They consistently exceed my expectations and always go above and beyond to ensure the arrangement is exactly what I need. I've had poor experiences using national floral chains for sending flowers in the past - House of Stemms is so high touch and their customer service is amazing. Love that they also include a picture of the final arrangement, so helpful as a sender!
I called the House of Stemms on a Friday, for flowers on a Monday! Cutting it pretty close. Erin was sooo accommodating and patient. She walked me through the process to help me get an order placed in time. The flowers were delivered on time and they were beautiful! Everyone was happy with the arrangement of flowers.. Thank you House of Stemms! Thank you Erin!
Disappointment. I placed a phone order for a $70 arrangement to be sent to friends. As is my usual practice, when placing the order I left the decision as to which specific flowers to be included in the arrangement to the discretion of the florist (I do this because they know best which particular blooms they have on hand are the most beautiful) -- with the caveat that I didn't want any lilies and I would like a couple of roses included as part of the bouquet. The arrangement that was sent out did not include a single rose. When I questioned the order the woman who answered the phone pulled up my "no lilies/some roses" note. She asked my how that could make amends, I told her that I would appreciate partial refund. She suggested that they credit my card the $19.99 delivery fee. When the owner texted me later I was told that their roses are $7.00 each so they didn't include them.
I usually use another florist that is closer to the address but they were sold out most of the arrangements for Mother's day. I was looking for special birthday flower and they had soooo many beautiful arrangements available. I took a chance on the blue Ecuadorian long stem roses and hoped it will look like the photos. I ordered online the night before and the delivery was great, arriving a little after 12pm. When they arrived they were absolutely beautiful. Looks just like the photos and prettier every time you look at it. I will definitely order from them again. :)
