The cleaner was booked for 5 hours. I returned home after 4 and she wasn’t there. Probably left after 2hrs. I called to ask where she was and was told to email so I did and no response. The cleaning was also poor. Water marks from mopping all over the floor, calcium left all in the bathrooms. Found cob webs in the kids rooms still. The cleaner did about 2hrs work if that. Save your money and time. I’ll be going to consumer protection no doubt 👎 In response to you. I booked for 8:30-1:30. The cleaner arrived at 9:15 and was not there at 1:20 when I arrived home. Do not accuse me of lying. You have not called me or emailed me. I never stated the oven (which is clean) needed cleaning. I simply asked for a vac, mop, dust and to wipe out a few empty cupboards. Then I gathered a few extra touches as my friends house (not cleaned by your company) is completed in 3 hours. Id already cleaned the bathrooms they simply needed an extra sparkle. The house isn’t even lived in. As a small business owner instead of accusing your customers you should try apologizing. Even your response is very aggressive.

Absolutely fantastic clean the first time. The team Housekeeping WA sent me were extremely professional and very thorough. They even put ornaments and photo frames back exactly the way they were after dusting. They also bring their own equipment and use their own products! Have already booked them all through next year and recommended to my family and friends!
