HEP is top notch and we look forward to working with them again! Katherine and her team supported an investor event for AOI in Sugar Land this week and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They helped us with all the logistics to support our group of guests on site for meetings and tours. The catered lunch was healthy and delicious, with great options for all. They thought of everything :)

We had such a great experience with Houston Event Panning! The dinnerware was beautiful and exactly what I needed for my event. The team was so kind and easy to work with — communication was amazing from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off were quick and simple, which made everything stress-free. Thank You to Katherine and Her Amazing Team I want to extend my deepest thanks to Katherine and her incredible team for the outstanding job they did. I only wish I had been introduced to her a year ago when the wedding planning first began, rather than just hiring her as our month-of planner. Having her involved from the start would have been an even greater relief. Katherine and her team are truly the most precise and detail-oriented professionals I have ever worked with. Despite only meeting Katherine a month before my son's wedding, we instantly connected—both professionally and personally. Her calming presence, vast industry knowledge, and unmatched attention to detail gave me immediate confidence that we were in the best hands. I usually find myself double-checking details or fixing oversights, but with Katherine, I never had to. She was always one step ahead, often anticipating exactly what I needed before I even voiced it. Her ability to read the room, understand the flow of the event, and execute flawlessly was nothing short of remarkable. I genuinely can't praise Katherine and her team enough. They were absolutely incredible, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning an event. My only regret is not having known her during my daughter’s wedding last year.
