I have been coming here. everyone very helpful. But saturday January 17th 2026 5:50 pm. get inside hoping someone can just adjust a watch wrist. 3 people inside and answer was there is no one to help you and we are ready to close! you can come on Monday! Then why you are open if 3 people cannot adjust a watch wrist!

I don't trust this place and the reason why is I purchased my mother a 14kt bracelet from a legitimate jewelry 10 years ago and this place is trying to convince my mother who is over 78 years old that it's gold plated and that it's not pure. I had her bracelet checked out at 3 different places and everything checked out pure which infuriates me that somebody there is trying to take advantage of an older lady who doesn't know or understand... Watch out with these kind of places! Not trustworthy when gold prices are at all time highs! Watch out people!
