Our microwave malfunctioned on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I researched repair companies, decided to go with HPS. I called HPS at 10:56 AM; said they’d be right out; John was at my door at 11:26 AM; I told him the issue; he opened it up, saw the problem; replaced a foil plate; fixed it and was done at 11:56 AM! Problem was solved within 1 hour of my call to them! Thanksgiving cooking was saved. Amazing service and John was very friendly and polite!
I’ve rarely met a better professional team. David was amazing at diagnosis and fix. Our fridge was leaking and it was a complex fix. But David made it look easy and their prices are perfect. They could have double charged for repeat visit but they did not. True pros.
Best and most.efficient appliance repair ever. We have an LG refrigerator which requires a licensed LG tech and we liked the service so much, we kept the number!
