A great space for our client hosted events, from corporate meetings to wedding galas. The views are spectacular and the events team is top knotch.
From the beginning, HQO Events was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our day special. The venue itself is stunning… modern, bright, and perfectly located. Raul and Terry were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the planning process and on the day itself. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and we felt completely supported from setup to breakdown. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the space and how smoothly everything ran! If you're looking for a DC venue with both beauty and top-notch service, HQO Events is it. We’re so grateful to have celebrated our wedding here and would recommend it in a heartbeat.
While the beautiful space at HQO speaks for itself, Kelly, Raul, and the whole HQO Events team were fabulous to work with on our disco lounge party wedding last month. From our initial tour, to the planning and final walkthroughs with our planner and the catering team, to the final event, the team were helpful, kind, and easy to get in touch with. On the day of our event, an unforseeable utilities issue was able to be resolved just in time for the party to go as planned, which we know was no small feat. We would recommend HQO Events to anyone looking to wow their guests with an incredible space and a great collaborative team.
We had an absolute pleasure hosting an event at HQO last week. We brought clients, for site tours, around DC in February and needless to say they fell in love this this venue. HQO's sleek design and amazing location offers many options for events. The site staff was extremely responsive and amazing to work with. Lovesha is amazing. From the start, she set us up to be successful which helped us create a flawless event.
How do you saying "amazing" in two words? BLUE DROP! College Bound had planned our 30th Anniversary Celebration for last fall. Of course, Covid had other plans so we scaled back and did a much smaller event. We promised the College Bound family that we would have a celebration in the spring and worked feverishly to find the perfect venue. BLUE DROP was definitely the answer. The events manager, Love (PERFECT NAME), was a joy to work with at every step of the way. The team on the day of the event were perhaps the most professional and efficient group imaginable. They clearly love their job and made sure that the event was a huge success. Of course, the views are EVERYTHING!
