If it was possible to put 0 - I would do it with no doubt! I brought all the documents needed at the end of March. Today is the 3rd of May and still there is absolutely nothing done! I called three times during this period to get the updates and the reply was always the same: "no need to worry, everything will be done on time". And on top of that today the receptionist is awfully rude! She hung up on me in the first place and after I called her back she accused me of not understanding the situation! According to her I just need to wait until Monday. Again. And no - she knows absolutely nothing and the company has zero responsibility.
Refuse to give estimations and charged me an absolutely ridiculous amount when there were only 3 tiny infos to put in. The receptionist was also extremely rude. They are the absolute worst. So bad they convinced me to do this by myself next year, even though I have no knowledge in finances, revenue, etc.
Given the difficulty I experienced with Ufile on line I was happy to accept this referral from RBC to file my returns via the local H&R Block branch office. Even though I had to wait several weeks for the completed tax declaration it had already taken several months to learn that UFile on line was not able to take care of the issues experienced using their on line service.
The service was just very bad...
