Had an amazing experience. They were friendly and accommodating. My artist was Abby and she did a wonderful job!!! Took my idea and ran with it, and created a beautiful tattoo. Will definitely be going back for more! :) 10 Stars!
This was my second visit to Human Canvas, and it was absolutely perfect—just like the first! The studio is spotless, welcoming, and filled with some of the most talented, professional, and genuinely kind people you could hope to meet. I feel so lucky to have gotten an appointment with Serena. If I could give her a million stars, I would! Serena is not only incredibly gifted, but her dedication and care truly shine through. She listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you’re completely comfortable throughout the process. Her gentle, focused energy turns the tattooing experience into something calm and even enjoyable. I can’t say enough good things about her talent and professionalism. I highly recommend Human Canvas for your next tattoo—and though everyone there is amazing, Serena has a special place in my heart. I got two new tattoos—a mermaid and a spiral—and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!
I have never written a review for anything before but in this case felt compelled to. All of the staff were super friendly and the faculty was super clean. Max is a true artist who has the capability to transfer his artwork onto a human canvas. I was amazed watching him work and the end result was perfection. Five stars is not enough for Max.
I had an old tribal that I wanted to cover up for 20 yrs. Wasn't sure if it would be possible. Max did a phenomenal job at covering it up with an owl. I love it. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a new tattoo.
Woodrow is the most talented cover-up artist I've ever seen! ... I had an old, poorly executed and large piece on my arm that needed skilled help, but for years any other 'cover-up' artists cringed when they saw it. They offered dense, complex things I had no interest in. The original sketch has meaning, I don't want it blacked out. Needless to say, when Woodrow confidently began sketching and planning a gorgeous facelift of my poorly done sketch, I immediately felt confident of his abilities. Not only is he a brilliant artist (go check out his paintings!), he brings that accomplishment to the tattoo studio. He truly cares that his tattoos are exactly what his clients want and feel comfortable with, physically and emotionally. Now I am beyond THRILLED to have a masterpiece in progress on my arm!!! I have received countless compliments, and cannot believe how beautiful and happy the new ink has made me feel. Go to Woodrow at Human Canvas, you won't regret it. It's one of the best things I've done for myself in a long time. (Written about 75% way through the whole cover up process, see various stage pictures!) Edit: completely forgot to add that Woodrow designed the sleeve concept around the cover-up. 👍
