Sorry, but scheduling is messed up. They would call to schedule, when we were already scheduled. Would get there and they would ask if my granddaughter was a new patient because they couldnt find her in the system. This happened multiple times. Would inform them that she had been getting therapy for several weeks. Would schedule and we would show up and proceed to say she was not on the schedule. They need to get their ducks in a row....

This place has literally changed my life in such a positive way that I am forever grateful for it. Thanks to the amazing therapist and their team I no longer have to deal with a horrible pain that I was not expected to ever get rid of. My wife too received amazing therapy that was so impactful to the quality of her life. We are both so grateful for having received the wonderful treatment we both got. I was not a fan. Front desk is a mess about failing to get you scheduled or rescheduled. My physical therapist only checked on me 2x during several weeks. The assistants were nice though that were providing the exercises. However, it was a very expensive copay to go in each time ($50 copay, 3x a week for 6 weeks is insane) and it was for stuff I can do at home. It was the same thing Everytime I went in and it was boring.. don’t think it really helped . I had expectations every week the exercises would get gradually more complex but no.. same thing every week.

My husband had a stroke a year ago. He was taken on as a patient right away. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We appreciate what they did for him even though it was hard and wore him out. It was all good and set him on the right path to recovery. Thank you Humpal staff for trying to keep people thinking positive. I know this is difficult at times but yall do a great job.
