Tom advised me over the phone for a fix for some outdoor plugs that were not working at my home. Knowing that it was an extremely easy and safe fix, he told me what to do, and I was able to fix it myself. He even explicitly told me "I don't want to charge you to come out and press a button." That is honesty and integrity that I truly appreciated, and I know I will be calling them next time I need any electrical work at our home.
I scheduled Tommy about two weeks in advance to hang 3 outdoor fans, one really big one on our upstairs porch.
