Great guys, easy to work with. If you bug them long enough there be there at night to get it done for you. Had them as HVAC sub for years. Strongly recommend. Office may not respond right away but owner cares enough to cull at 9 pm apologize for the no respond and do the job himself after work hours. You can’t beat that. Builders like me, try him out you won’t regret.
FIRST OFF, I have NEVER givin anybody a 5 star rating in my entire life and IF it is ever going to happen again it better be as close to picture perfect as you can get. HVAC1, was just that!...And everything else inbetween A to Z. They were the 3rd place I'd called and they not only tried to fit me in(sameday) they had a service tech working on my furnace within 1.5 hrs. A side from being a very knowledgable efficent and professional worker this cat named Mike was an outright cool funny and down to earth caring guy.It was a scary $$ furnace problem turned into a no rush gidder done with a splash a fun situation.Now down to the finish.. the letter Z part..I was shocked with the bill.I really thought it was going to be at minimum twice that much.** BONUS** How many furnace /AC companies do you see that don't expect full payment OR large downpayment on the day of service? Not many IF any!...HVAC1 is one that doesn't. Thank you to Mike , Steve and the crew at HVAC1
I had an urgent work needed to be done , installing Wall Oven and Cook tope, and our cook top to come a little bigger than our granite cut, but carefully managed to cut the granite and installed it without any damage. Fast respond, great work, know very well what they are doing, I highly recommend everyone to hire these guys. Jolly
Quick quote was provided, I received a call to schedule service within a few days of signing. Things were going good so far, then to the install. Michael was the absolute best installer for my mini split in our new addition. He was very kind, efficient, and informative. I loved the time he took to ensure that I understood the system and how to keep it well maintained. I would recommend HVAC1 all day long.
I called and spoke with Marissa the day before yesterday and my pellet stove had quit. So I went to go turn on my furnace and it wasn't heating... so I gave them a call. Marissa couldn't get anyone out the same day but she kept me in the loop with all their progress on getting someone out to my rural home... She even helped me through a hormonal melt down lol ( which is no picnic I assure you lol) But Mike showed up about 1pm yesterday and it took him 7-8 hours but he traced down the problem and resolved it. While he was working on the furnace, the parts for the pellet stove arrived. Mike was determined to make sure we had heat and had a great sense of humor... and last night as well as today I have a working furnace, a working pellet stove, and a very, very warm home. I am extremely happy. Everyone I had contact with definitely went above and beyond and I am so very grateful. I would recommend them as a first choice every time.
