We worked with Brigid, Karen, and the i-do Weddings team for the year before our wedding and couldn't have asked for a better planning team. From the interview process, it was always clear that they were the real deal -- and throughout wedding planning they were organized, professional, and very easy-to-work-with. They provided good vendor referrals, many of which we used, and we liked that they did the design as well -- it made it very easy for budget planning and coordination. Brigid was a very calming presence throughout planning, and gave us guidance about specific needs (e.g,. hiring a sari draper). My wife and I live outside Cincinnati and having a planner on-the-ground that we could trust was so helpful. Brigid worked around our schedules and helped us maximize our pre-planned visits to Cincinnati for tastings, walkthroughs, and other key milestones. Brigid and her team were also extremely helpful during the wedding day itself -- our family didn't have to worry about a thing. Katie and Madison took great care of us all evening -- ensuring we had food and drink from the cocktail hour to the dance floor. We can't recommend the i-do Weddings team enough.
We started working with Brigid, her designer Karen, and the i-do wedding team eighteen months before our daughter’s wedding in June 2024. At the time, the bride, groom, and our families were in different cities outside of the Cincinnati area. Brigid coordinated all the site visits and vendor appointments whenever we could be in town. She presented us with top choices in vendor selections and worked with us in making countless decisions. We were thrilled with the designs that Karen put together. She incorporated elements that were very personal to our family, and she carried the beautiful designs into all aspects of the wedding day. The true test of Brigid and her team’s dedication and professionalism came through during the wedding day. We had weather challenges that led to a rain delay for the outdoor ceremony and a pause during our reception due to a severe thunderstorm with near hurricane level winds. Brigid, her team, and the vendors that she helped us choose, all went above and beyond to keep the wedding going. They made sure all our guests were well taken care of and the wedding celebration continued without missing a beat. We received countless compliments from our families and guests on our daughter’s wedding weekend. We would strongly recommend Brigid and her team for any family planning a wedding or any important events. The i-do wedding team has the vision and experience to plan, produce, and execute a truly memorable celebration.
Brigid was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding planning! She is extremely knowledgeable about all the aspects of a wedding and well-connected in the Cincy wedding industry. All of our vendors told us how much they love working with Brigid! She gave us great referrals and was always available if we wanted to meet with her. She frequently communicated with the bride’s mom who lives out of town which put her mind at ease. The wedding day went seamlessly because of Brigid and her team. Karen, who helped with the design process every step of the way, created beautiful invitations and decor. We absolutely recommend I-do weddings. They made the wedding planning process fun and stress-free. We cannot imagine saying “I do” without i-do weddings!

Brigid and Karen are truly the best! I can honestly say they made wedding planning fun and as stress free as possible. We attend a lot of weddings and truly nothing compares to the attention the give each aspect of the day to personalize the experience for guests and also ensure everything runs seamlessly. Beyond their expertise in planning and design, Brigid and Karen were both wonderful to work with. They were reassuring, consistent, and calm advisors on big and little decisions. They helped us select amazing vendors and brought everything together. I had a very clear vision for our wedding and Brigid and Karen understood it immediately. They helped my to priorities our rentals and extras while not sacrificing the over aesthetic or impact. They also suggested additional ideas to take everything one step further. From my perspective our wedding day was perfect. Maybe things went wrong but I truly will never know because Brigid and Karen are truly that good.
