First off, over priced. $20 for a helper, whereas most places I've been to offer this complimentary or for a much lower cost. Secondly, very rude staff. Rude and sarcastic when picking up skates at counter. Then, after now spending $70 for skates and helpers, being accosted by rude staff members about being on the ice with regular shoes on (there are no signs posted about not wearing shoes on the ice). I tried to very patiently explain i was on helping my child who had never been on ice before, and was unable to put on skates at this time myself due to injury. Was completely ignored and as I was trying to get off the ice to comply, I was approached by another staff member who was even more rude, to the point of yelling. I had considered in the past bringing my kids here for lessons and possible start to play ice hockey. After this, my first time here, I will definitely not be returning. If it were possible to do a 0 star rating, I would.

This ice skating rink has been here for a long time and is open year round. There is an area where you can rent skates right by the Starbucks. It gets pretty busy during the weekends and especially during the holiday season when the kids are out. Be mindful of the busy seasons. There are seats upstairs to watch the action below. It is by AMC theaters.

Fun time, had a party there, the room was a little small with little to no entertainment and the timing was off (a bit rushed). The hostess was phenomenal. The pizza wasn't good...the goody bags were a nice touch. The rink was clean and easy to access. Side note...try the pretzels across from the rink!!

Have been going to ICE at The Parks for almost a year of skating lessons and skating fun for my girls, and skating with my hubs as well. My kids went from being unable to get on the ice to now being able to jump and twirl on the ice. The staff is incredible, kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. Definitely recommended for all ages fun.

Lovely place to go with this weather. It's really hot outside but if you come here. Is actually pretty cold and chill. Had some good time. I definitely loved, came from NC and this was one of the good things I did in Texas
