When the New Year hit, I realized I have to get back to iCryo! Every time I've gone has been awesome—it helps me physically, emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually. My skin looks amazing and glows for days after each session, and I get less inflammation, quicker recovery for my muscles and joints after working out, relief from aches and pains, more energy from those happy endorphins, better blood flow, and way better sleep. The place is super clean and looks nice, and I always feel safe and motivated there. It's got a modern, simple vibe with calm colors and soft lights, private rooms that feel well taken care of, top-notch equipment, and comfy spots to relax that make it all feel fancy and refreshing. The customer service is the best, which is great if you're nervous about trying it (it's not scary at all, I swear!). I really liked Regan and can't wait to see her again. Her authentic integrity and inner strength shine naturally, with a lovely vibe reminiscent of Dylan Mulvaney’s iconic style. The entire experience of visiting iCryo feels both warm and futuristic, like you’ve entered a zone where everything and everyone is just more evolved. What I love most about iCryo is how it mixes cool tech with real wellness stuff. The sessions help with right-now things like recovery and pain but also make me feel better overall in the long run. In this crazy busy world, you can’t overlook these kinds of benefits and advantages. I totally recommend it if you want to feel your best!
We were in Arlington for a state swim meet and purchased a 10-session package at iCRYO so my two kids could use it over the four days we were there. Everything seemed fine at the time. A few weeks later, I noticed an additional $39 charge on my account. When I called to ask about it, the staff told me they charged us for an extra session because they claimed we used 11 instead of 10. I explained that I only purchased 10 sessions and did not authorize any additional charges. They said the manager would call me back to issue a refund, but I never heard from anyone again. It’s disappointing that a business would charge a customer’s card without clear consent and then fail to follow up. I do not recommend this location. Be cautious if you give them your credit card information — it feels like they can just charge you and later claim it was authorized.
I have to say I was very nervous going in. The staff was patient and informative. They did not attempt to push any of the services on me. I was so comfortable I purchased a day pass and enjoyed the entire experience. Just look at the reviews. I had a Total knee replacement 5 weeks ago. I walked out of this place pain-free. OMG AMAZING! Up until about 2 weeks ago I didn't even know a place like this existed! I am going through an exhausting amount of health conditions. Rheumatoid Arthritis, MS, Sjogrens Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and low thyroid, low Vitamin C and low Vitamin D. It's a lot to deal with. It was extremely busy at the Infusion Bar. I heard they have busy times and slow times but whatever happens GIVE THEM A CHANCE to show you what they are capable of. Megan the nurse assigned to me was sweet, kind and caring. Apologetic for running behind but it didn't matter to me because she was excellent and took great care of me and every one else she was assigned to! I would give 10 stars if I could! Plus the other staff was considerate, sweet and helpful! The foot compression picture isn't me but another lady who was getting her legs compressions with the boot for fill leg coverage! Incredible menu as well! Thank you Megan! I look forward to coming in for my next infusion!
Love everything about this place! Place is hygienic, staffs are amazing and the owners are so sweet!! It’s far more than just cryotherapy, we love the extensive service this place offers and it’s close to home. We come here for cryo, IV drips and PBM. Can’t wait till they roll out the Ozone therapy next month, that’s holistic health on a whole other level!
