Tried out iCRYO in Burleson and loved it! I did the new Niagen iV , compression therapy for my knees, cryo for better sleep, and red light for a recharge — everything was awesome! The staff is super friendly and made the whole experience easy and relaxing. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to recover, sleep better, or just feel refreshed!
Man, cryo therapy is a game changer! Walked in sore and tight, walked out feelin’ brand new. The staff was cool, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The place was super clean, had good vibes, and they broke everything down so I knew exactly what to expect. After a few minutes in that chamber, all my aches and pains felt like they disappeared. I left energized, clear-headed, and ready to get back to work. Definitely worth every penny—highly recommend this spot to anyone lookin’ to recover faster and take care of their body. 🔥❄️
This place has changed my life. The staff makes you feel very welcome and visiting everyday is a pleasure. The cryo and red light therapy have decreased my anxiety and helped with soreness. They make me feel so happy and relaxed. Highly recommend!
As a full time MMA fighter I train multiple times a day 6 days a week. Recovery is very important, prior to this I was struggling with muscle pains and aches, but now after my 3 treatments, compression therapy, infared sauna, and cryo therapy I feel so much better in my body!
This place has it all! I used to go to different places, one for vitamin iV and infrared sauna, one for cryo and it would consume so much of my time just from the drives. Now I can get everything in one place. I noticed that the infrared sauna here is different than the ones I’ve been to before, I sweat a lot more in theirs. I’m a member so it’s only like $12 for a session. The iV for hangover cured my headache instantly. I highly recommend iCRYO!
