Nick was incredibly accommodating and friendly, as well as efficient at assisting me with my hardware issues for my Dell laptop. I had it shut down on me randomly and Nick had it running for me again within an hour of being at the store with zero cost; however, it is true that it was a simple fix. I have to say that it has been the most consumer oriented tech repair that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing, and not badly priced for hardware replacement either. 10/10 would recommend.

They fixed the screen to my Samsung note 20 ultra 5g, and they also take Acima credit, so you can pay later or pay as you go. They are very reasonable, professional, and courteous of your time and money. highly recommend the best place to get your hands held to repair electronics.

I brought my laptop into idaho irepair, my daughter had spilled some juice on it and it had no signs of life. Today is 2 weeks since I brought her in, and to my astonishment they got it to live again! Good sense of humor has always been a big thing with me when it comes to customer service and the tech I dealt with had it in spades!
