Taylor is an exceptional trainer. She ensures every session is focused on hitting your goals, and she's always available for advice and support. I've been training with Taylor for over a year and have lost 30 pounds! She has helped me achieve my goal of looking better in my 30s than I ever did in my 20s. Additionally, I have several medical conditions, and Taylor is incredibly understanding and adept at tailoring workouts to my needs. I would rate her 100/10 if I could!" I love working out with Taylor! She is very knowledgeable and great at motivating you in a way that works for you! I had some very negative experiences with trainers in the past and got into a rut of not going to the gym because of it. Taylor was so great at encouraging me and getting me back into it and now I love going to the gym again! I also specifically requested to not discuss food or calorie counting. Taylor has been professional and sensitive to it, focusing on gains we can make in the gym and wins that are strength based which has been helpful and healing for me and my relationship with my body and with working out! I know others have left reviews about weight loss and Taylor’s expertise there but if you’re instead looking for someone who can help you rebuild or build for the first time an enthusiasm for strength training with results you will notice in your every day life I highly recommend her! **Editing review to add that also the gym is suuuper nice and a really great atmosphere to work out in. All the other trainers are friendly and the other patrons considerate. It really makes the work out experience so much better!
Taylor is an amazing trainer and has helped me so much in my fitness journey so far! I have always been scared to go into a gym let alone work out but when I am training with Taylor that anxiety and fear goes away! She is supportive and wants to help in any way she can! I’ve been training with Ideal Physiques for about 4 months now and it has been an amazing experience. My trainer, Taylor, has exceeded my expectations of what I wanted in a personal trainer. She is very knowledgeable, relatable, motivational, but most of all just a joy to be around. I’ve gained so much strength and my form has never looked better.
