From the moment I walked in, the team member, Fatih, greeted me with a smile. He was cordial, and reassuring that he could help resolve the issue. Not only was I impressed in how quickly he completed the repair (in less than 30 minutes)...I was also pleased that he didn't try to high-ball me on the price.
