The number on the website is not this company! It is actually West Coast Detailing. Did not bring their own water like most do. I asked when making the appointment and the gentleman I reserved the appointment with said they bring everything themselves, which was a lie. It was fine that he took 5 hours and 30 minutes, but there were still some spots in the cup holders and by the charging port that had coffee drops (that I was able to easily get off myself after). The detailer was professional and communicated well, no issues with him overall. But not worth it for the price, there are better options.
I hired them for a full detail and paid extra for vomit removal. While prompt and kind, the work was terrible for the price - $240. There was 0 attention to detail. Vomit was still left in many crevices in and outside the car. I rolled the window down and the whole edge was covered in vomit still. Excessive lint and haze on all glass - I doubt the inside of the windshield was even cleaned. The trunk space was not cleaned at all. To top it all off, all the ultra-suede trim was flattened out - nap does not change directions like it's supposed to - and I really hope it is not permanent damage. I spent a lot of time afterwards cleaning the car myself. I'm no pro, which is why I hired them, and I can't get rid of the smell still so I have to find someone who does pay attention to detail to thoroughly clean the car and can hopefully restore the ultra-suede trim that was flattened out by this company.
Cris and crew worked very hard on a minutes notice, helping me remove paint that I drove through (which splattered all over my car). As the sun came down, they came back another day to continue to work on the smaller specks that were not seen. With dedication of service, they made sure a job was well completed. I’m giving 5 stars for excellence of business service and will recommend them for timeliness and ability to assure quality to customers. I appreciate your team and dedication.
I will be a repeat customer. I was so happy to see my cars shine the way they did. The best part was I was in and out in a timely manner. Great work ethic and great customer service.
Chris was Great! He is super thorough when it comes to detailing my Toyota Corolla that I purchased last year. Between the seats under the seats, the cup holders and many other areas, it looks exactly how it looked when I first bought it. He also waxed my vehicle for protection because this Vegas heat can cause serious damage. Thanks Immaculate Auto Detailing, I’ll see you guys again when I need a thorough cleaning.
