Very disappointing experience. This was my second visit to Imo Car Wash (Golden Hillock Rd, Sparkbrook). The first time was good, but today at around 10:15 AM I was treated very badly by a staff member. He was rude, impatient, and disrespectful. I politely asked him to wait one minute while I logged into my taxi app, but instead he told me to leave and said he did not want to see me there again. Completely unprofessional behavior. A photo of the staff member is attached below for reference. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service training.

I went there for the first time today. Very efficient service! Scanned the QR Code to pay and then went through the washing process. It moves the car along for you once you get inside the actual washing part. Really really good price as well, I am very impressed. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Love that you pay on your phone using the QR code there and the fact that they have vacuums to pay for and use after the wash. The staff let us know that there was a chance our roof wouldn’t come out perfect because of the way it was and we were ok with that for having paid the eco plus which got us out quickly in time for somewhere else we had to be.

Quick and convenient car wash on Golden Hillock Road. The staff are generally friendly and the prices are fair for the service you get. The drive-through system makes it easy when you’re short on time, and there’s a good range of wash options. Sometimes the cleaning isn’t 100% perfect on the details, but overall it’s reliable and I’d recommend it if you want a fast, no-hassle wash.

I had a great experience at this car wash. The staff was friendly, the service was quick and my car came out spotless inside and out. They paid attention to the little details and made sure everything looked perfect. Definitely recommend and will be coming back regularly.
