They really saved the day, and for the best price we could find! We had a last minute cancellation of our venue for our wedding and with finding a new venue ( 2 weeks before) we didnt have as much leeway with drop off and pickup of tables and chairs. They gave me a quote over $1800 cheaper than other companies. We were able to add other items we needed because of this. They were kind, helpful, and the delivery people were efficient and polite.

Imperial Party Rentals truly saved the day for a business event with over 100 guests in Los Angeles. With many attendees flying in and unprepared for the chilly evening, we needed patio heaters, and they delivered! Working with Maricela was a pleasure. She provided multiple quotes and handled the final paperwork efficiently, making the process smooth and stress-free. The delivery team was outstanding as well—they communicated effectively and navigated the heaters through our challenging office space with ease. They arrived right on time for both delivery and pick-up. Thanks to Imperial Party Rentals, our guests were comfortable and able to enjoy the event fully. Recientemente alquilé unas sillas plegables blancas de este negocio y tuve una experiencia terrible. No solo las sillas estaban rayadas, sino que algunos de los cojines del asiento tenían agujeros. Llamé para quejarme de que no estaba satisfecho con las sillas al día hábil siguiente y la vendedora Amy fue muy grosera e irrespetuosa. Tenía un tono condescendiente y no se disculpó ni una vez por los inconvenientes del mal alquiler. Estaba molesto por las sillas, pero lo peor fue la falta de profesionalismo y de servicio al cliente. Nunca volveré a alquilar en este lugar y animo a todos los que lo hagan a inspeccionar los alquileres antes de alquilarlos!!
