Love everything about this place! The variety of classes is suitable for all, no matter where you are in your journey. Michelle and the team are very welcoming and reach out just enough to show support. When I didn’t use the few classes I had paid for by the expiration date, they reached out and extended them for me. I’ve had others join as well now, and they’ve even credited me referral credits - they truly go above and beyond!
I’ve been going to im=X Pilates for a little over 2 years, and Michelle and her team of instructors have always been great at making me sweat! Each class is tailored to its specific difficulty level (beginner, intermediate, all-level), and with the option to add light dumbbells or extra resistance to the reformer, you can tailor your workout to your ability or need. I highly recommend reformer pilates for reshaping and tightening the body overall. It’s a fantastic workout, and I’m always left feeling rejuvenated and energized afterward. I like to do 3-4 classes/week with 1-2 weight lifting sessions at the gym. The health benefits, especially for those who need less pressure on weight bearing joints, are significant and I’ve seen first-hand the changes this workout creates in mine and others’ bodies.
I’ve been having a great time here. Learning new movements, finding new flexibility, and always encouraged by the friendly and kind instructors. As one of the few men in attendance I feel very welcomed and not out of place whatsoever.
I absolutely LOVE IMx! Can’t see myself going to any other Pilates studio. All of the instructors are so personable and tailor their class to them while holding the integrity of Pilates. Strongly recommend no matter your fitness level.
I have been a member off and on for the past three years. But since I decided to focus on my fitness in April I try to attend 3-5 classes a week. I have to say, what a difference it has made in my body, my mind and the ladies and gentlemen I have been in class with. We working on your core and strength is well worth it.
