We used the Virginia Beach Town Center location for my 50th birthday celebration in November 2025, and the experience was outstanding. The venue’s setting—surrounded by shops, restaurants, and the beautiful centerpiece fountain—made the day even more special. The owners, Roy and Christina, are genuinely invested in helping create a dream experience. Ami’ya and Juwana were phenomenal hostesses from start to finish. We began the tour and booking process in April 2025, and Ami’ya greeted us with warmth and an upbeat personality that set the tone for everything that followed. Nothing about the rental process was difficult, pushy, or unpleasant. The team provided assistance with setup and cleanup within their contract, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we will absolutely be returning for future events. Highly recommended!
Roy did an absolutely amazing job setting up the proposal package! He made the entire experience stress-free and special from start to finish. He was incredibly flexible with scheduling and payment options, which made planning so much easier. The setup itself was absolutely beautiful — every detail was perfect and exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Roy to anyone looking for a stunning, memorable setup!
This was such an amazing experience. Christina and Roy were beyond great and very professional. I will definitely book with them again. They were very accommodating. My husband graduated with his bachelor’s as an IT and I wanted to celebrate him in a big way. As time went on we had to shorten our guest size due to family not being able to travel from out of town. They truly listened to our concerns and turned our space into a very intimate setup. My husband and family were very impressed and we felt like we were entering a space for a celebrity. Everything was beautiful. Chef Cee food was perfect and super nice. She offered to serve us since our party was smaller. Which was suppose to be a self serve option for us. The food was seasoned well and perfect temperature. We had a lot left over. But when I say I wish I could give my review 10 stars. I truly mean that. Our host Roy seen that we took Ubers to the event and back home. We had so much food left and wanted to take it with us, but both Uber rides our family took could not accommodate us bringing it back. So we were forced to leave the food. But Roy did the unthinkable. He reached out to us and offered to drop it off to us in Chesapeake. We couldn’t believe it. They did not have to do that. They could have easily threw the rest of the food away. My husband and I were beyond grateful and was so impressed. This is what going above and beyond looks like. Christina and Roy thank you soooooo much for making this day memorable for my husband and our family. You both are such a blessing. 😊
My experience with In The Sky was exceptional. Celebrating in an intimate setting provided a unique atmosphere. Although there were a few hiccups, they were promptly addressed. The staff was very helpful in answering my numerous questions. I plan to book with them again.
Christina and Roy were absolutely wonderful to work with. The venue was perfect in size and atmosphere to make for a beautiful baby shower for our 1st grandchild. Cant wait for our next celebration to book with them again!
