I have not even stepped foot into In Velo Veritas and I can tell that it is a top notch shop that prioritizes customer service. I recently purchased a Cervélo R5 with a Campy Super Record WRL build and the right shifter has been having issues. After contacting Campy customer service, which has been extremely responsive, I was connected with Kevin, who has been nothing short of amazing, to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue.
I’m such a fan of In Velo Veritas bike shop. Kevin and Carlos are very knowledgeable and more than willing to assist mr. I make virtually all of purchases and have all of my services done with them. Thank you Kevin for creating and maintaining such a rock star place for all of us.
Kevin is one of the friendliest, well informed and genuinely engaging bike guys I’ve ever met. I’ve bought two bikes from him now and I’d recommend his shop to anyone! If you want to feel like your business is appreciated and that you’re getting truly personalized service, this is the place to go.
Kevin has taken amazing care of me and my bikes. I stopped in right after he opened to check out the shop, and I knew I found my new shop home. Since then, Kevin has provided masterful service on multiple bikes for me. He listens to you and learns your priorities and provides rock solid advice. Additionally, he has sourced the specific shoes I wanted, parts I needed, and he got them quickly. Long story short, I am so glad to have a real bike shop back in Sacramento and an owner/operator who understands customer service.
Always wondered what the difference was between a shop and a boutique. In Velo Veritas is a true cycling boutique. Kevin is knowledgeable and passionate about the sport. Had an espresso, while watching Tour Down Under ‘23, live on the projector screen. I wanted to stay there all day!
