I highly recommend Scott from IN2 Solutions. He responded to my call very quickly and came to my house to repair my computer keyboard. He discussed options, and I decided not to fix it, but buy a lightly used computer from him. He brought it to my house and spent a couple of hours explaining all the changes. The cost was very reasonable and the new computer works beautifully. It was so easy and he was so pleasant to work with - a wonderful experience.

We moved into a house that didn’t come with any other option but satellite internet. We work from home and we were having some issues with regular breaks in service and inconsistent service throughout the house. Scott was amazing! He came out the very next day after I reached out, he purchased, set up and tested our mesh, and also came out again when we got our new satellite dish. He was available for questions, explained everything and continued to support us and check in to make sure everything was working as it should. I definitely recommend!

I highly recommend IN2 Solutions. Scott was incredibly helpful. Not only did he come and pick up my HP Envy, he spent time troubleshooting the problem, and returned my laptop back quickly. He was super honest and fair, he could have easily said I required a new keyboard (which I was prepared to pay for) but instead thoroughly cleaned it and relayed that it was working fine, and only charged me for the cleaning.
