The atmosphere was very laid back & the place is great for large groups of 10+ people or more. The food was very tasty & even had truly spicy options if you so desire, which I thought was great. The prices were fair. My only gripe was the fact that the food does take a bit longer to arrive, however, when you realize they make the food from scratch & the amount of people they are trying to make food for, the wait time for tasty home style dishes is expected & worth it, in my opinion. Regardless, overall I enjoyed my experience & will definitely be coming back. 💯
We had Indian food at India Oven, and the goat biryani was absolutely delicious—rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. The service was excellent as well; our server was attentive, friendly, and made the dining experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving great Indian food 🎉❤️
Used to drive here monthly from Austin for the sole purpose of eating good restaurant Indian food - nothing in Austin compares (until I later discovered Bayleaf but I digress). Naan is fantastic and fresh and all the curries I’ve tried have been hits !
This place has been around for many years. Good authentic Indian food. Recommend.
If you ever travel to San Antonio I recommend you all to go to this restaurant. They have buffet specials that has vegetarian and non vegetarian options and the food is delicious. We only ate starters and we were so full. The restaurant brings the feeling of being in India. The decor is just so beautiful to describe. Every single items are unique in its own way. I love the atmosphere and all the staffs were very welcoming and attentive. This place is a gem and everyone visiting San Antonio must go.
