Every employee is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They have an amazing selection of jelwery and their tattoo artists are out of this world. 100/10
A chance walk-in for advice turned into outstanding first-class service. My daughter got her piercings done at Zebra's and we were heading back there to have them look at the infection they caused but they were closed. On the way back to the car, we walked into Industrial Tattoo & Piercing seeking consultation and not only did they look at her ears, but also redid the piercings with professional quality work. With the new piercings and aftercare solution they recommended and sold, the infection was gone literally overnight thanks to their high quality service. Our piercer was very knowledgeable and the staff very courteous and kind.
A kind coworker of mine recommended I stop by the shop and I've been so happy with each visit. The first time I went in to get my eyebrow piercing switched out + upgrade my jewelry, and the second time I got my daith pierced + jewelry. The folks in the front were great and I was pretty much in and out without an appointment. Anywyn helped on both occasions and did my piercing flawlessly. She was very helpful, kind, and professional. I'll be back for sure (~:
Great service! The staff are all lovely and friendly. Highly recommend getting an appointment ahead of time otherwise the wait time can be pretty long if busy. There's also a great selection of jewelry, and if they don't have your color or style, you can even ask for a custom order. Would and will come back! Update: came back and still awesome service! Staff were quick to help and were friendly.
Muy limpio y profesional. El personal es acogedor, amable y muy bien informado. Una amplia variedad de joyas para piercings y respaldan su trabajo. Mi hija no quedó completamente satisfecha con su piercing de septum debido a que está un poco torcido, y le ayudaron a retirarlo y a realizar un repiercing de forma gratuita. ¡Servicio al cliente estelar!
