$80 for an hour of infrared sauna & red light therapy, and cold plunge. 2 people. Contrast therapy is really good for you. We had a WONDERFUL time. Immaculately clean. Loved the guy who welcomed us at the front desk.
I recently had a prenatal massage with Myka that brought me lasting relief from significant lower right back pain I was feeling. She focused on that target area but was able to also provide a great full body massage. The pillow they have so that you can comfortably lie on your stomach was amazing. I also liked that they did not have an overwhelming amount of scented products used during the massage. I will absolutely be back and am grateful to have found IMC!
I had a wonderful massage with Michelle today! She was very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. Her technique was both relaxing and therapeutic, working out the tension while also leaving me completely refreshed. I truly appreciated her calm and welcoming approach. Highly recommend booking with Michelle if you’re looking for a great massage experience!
Yesterday my partner and I came in for a 75 minute couples massage as well as trying out the new contrast room after the expansion! Our massage therapists, Michelle and Abi, were extremely professional and amazing at what they do! The contrast room, which has a sauna with red light therapy and cold plunge as well as a shower to rinse off, was very clean and beautifully done! I love the idea of being able to go from sauna to cold plunge as many times as you like during your reservation. We had a wonderful experience and felt great after our visit! We will be booking again soon!
If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Words cannot describe how much I love this place and how skilled the people are who work here ❤️ I came across this place a few years ago and used it as a treat every now and then. Lately, I came back and have been scheduling consistent visits for a muscle related injury. My massage therapist, Michelle, is AMAZING. She listens to what is going on, reads all the notes from when I booked the appointment, and adjusts as needed! My injury has been improving with every session. They also recently added on to the new place with a contrast therapy room (cold plunge + sauna that includes red light therapy, infrared lights, and salts) and OH MY GOODNESS. You need to try it! I haven’t had facials done here but my mom/sister have appointments once every month here and they speak so highly of their therapists. If you’re looking for a great community that feels like family, a calming session, and very clean location, this is the place for you. HIGHLY recommend!!
