We were absolutely thrilled with the catering John provided for our wedding. The canapés were not only delicious but beautifully presented. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the food! From start to finish, John was incredibly helpful, professional and attentive. Everything ran smoothly on the day and the food was served right on time. The whole set-up looked stunning and added something really special to our celebration. Absolutely excellent!

Our experience with Inferno Catering was absolutely top notch! TLDR: HIGHLY recommend for all of your catering needs! After a previously arranged caterer was no longer available to provide meals two days prior to them, I frantically contacted as many local Cardiff caterers as I could find to cater two back-to-back dinners for 70 people. I reached out to John on a *Bank Holiday* and he immediately called me back and said he could accommodate both dinners that were only 2 days away! John spent an incredible amount of time with me talking through food options, how our dietary needs could be accommodated, and the logistics of deliveries. Several curve balls were thrown at John and his team that were completely out of their control including remittance challenges between our bank in the US and his in the UK, on-site space limitations, an incorrect delivery address (my fault!), and difficulty accessing venues for equipment pick-up. John and his team remained patient and accommodating throughout every single step of the process, pivoting and troubleshooting with me throughout each challenge. And, perhaps more importantly: both meals were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! People were elbowing their way through for seconds and thirds until all dishes had been completely wiped out. We received several compliments on the quality and taste of food each evening - even from the pickiest of eaters! John and his team completely saved the day - two days in a row! We will absolutely be reaching out to them again for future catering needs - right from the very start. I used Inferno Catering Wales for the buffet at my 30th birthday, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. John was absolutely brilliant to deal with from the start, so friendly, down-to-earth, and incredibly helpful. As someone who’s never hosted a party before, I had no idea how much or what kind of food to order, but John went above and beyond to guide me through it all. He really put me at ease and made the whole process so easy. The food itself was amazing, so many of my guests said it was the best part of the party! It went down an absolute treat. John stayed in touch throughout, delivered everything to the venue at just the right time to suit my schedule, and even set it all up beautifully, making the most of the tiny space we had available. If I ever need catering again, I’ll be going straight back to Inferno Catering. Highly recommend! Thank you, John!

John provided a superb savoury buffet for the reception following my mum's funeral. Not only did he deliver it personally to the venue (Lisvane Memorial Hall) but also ensured that it was all laid out and beautifully presented, meaning that the team of Mum's friends who were helping with the reception were able to attend her celebration of life service. It was easy to order on the website and John provided lots of guidance on quantities when I spoke to him on the phone. I was really impressed that he took the time to visit the venue the week before the funeral and liaised with the caretaker. The feedback about the food on the day was very positive and the Yorkshire puddings with beef and cream cheese were particularly popular!
