Great place for the children. Two hours of play and at a great price. Slushies and coffee available. Socks easy to buy and cheap. Lovely staff.
I bought a voucher because it said they were open until 3 p.m. on school-holiday weekdays. I arrived at 1 p.m. with a two-hour voucher, but they said they close at 2 p.m. They blamed Groupon, and the staff member never apologized and looked annoyed.
Absolute chao, I honestly think they should do sessions times like flip out to limit the amount of children at one time. Seeing too many children getting hurt. Also the under 5 area should be monitored by staff and stop the older kids from going on as there are little little kids on there being trampled! Not happy
Been there couple of years back in summer days and it was too hot inside. Went again there after a long time and it's still hot as before. They only have fans which makes it even hotter. It's a decent place for fun activities but I wonder why the management is not looking into this and introducing some air conditioning. Kids love to play there but in the end they are exhausted because of the dehydration in such humid environment. I'm sure they don't bother about these reviews as other people have mentioned this issue before too. The only way looking is to report them to the health and safety authorities for inspection. If you're going there with smaller kids in summer make sure they wear light clothes and keep them hydrated during the activities still then they will end up red skin in the end as per my experience. I hope somehow they realize and fix it before any health mishap.
Esta fue nuestra primera vez aquí y fue increíble. Llegamos justo a la hora de apertura, así que estaba muy tranquilo y la gente fue aumentando durante el periodo de juego de 2 horas. ¡Diversión excelente y el personal fue genial!
