My family decided to visit Seaport Village and shopped at many amazing stores, but "Influencer Boutique" was one of those stores that had a rude clerk. We didn't realized we were being watched the first time we stopped. We just thought the two ladies that came outside were just talking to each other. When we decided to stop by the store again on our way back to the car. The clerk came outside acting like she was straightening the clothing rack, but was watching us. When I asked the clerk how much the coat cost hanging on a mannequin, she had an attitude and stated $99. Please be careful how you treat customers. We can take our money to well deserved stores and Influence people to shop where their welcomed. Your unwelcomed attitude dismissed a military serviceman, his wife, and family!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! I was in town for a conference this week, and I stopped in to this boutique. They have cute pieces, and I ended up buying almost $600 worth of clothes. The next morning, I unwrapped a sweater I had bought to wear it that day to my conference, and there was a pulled thread in the front. I went back to the boutique at lunchtime to return the item (with my receipt), and they refused to take it back or exchange it or give me store credit. The saleswoman became immediately hostile and accused me of wearing the sweater, damaging it and then trying to return it. Note: the item still had the tags on it! She also claimed that there was no way I would have not seen the damage when I tried the sweater on - again, I bought a lot of clothes/I was trying on a lot of stuff! I have never spent such an amount of money in a store and been treated so poorly less than 24 hours later. I think the saleswoman knew the item was damaged (she took it off a mannequin) and passed it off to me. DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE!!!
I came across this boutique and the beautiful window display took my attention straight away! I walked in and was greeted by the owner. I'm not a fashion person, i struggle to put two pieces together! I asked Dorota for advice and I was overwhelmed how quickly she could visualise what I should have! I left more than happy with two summer trousers and three tops which I can mix and match! if you don't know what to wear go to this boutique and you will have a friendly welcome and a fashion expert! I love this boutique! When living in downtown SD, I found this boutique and ended up having it be my go too when I wanted to buy new outfits . They have nice quality, cute clothing and the service is great! Rachelle is my favorite salesperson working there! She always helps me find what I’m looking for and is honest in her recommendations. I highly recommend checking this boutique out if you live in San Diego or are visiting.
I have been going to this boutique at Seaport village since it opened. The decor is beautiful and the selection of styles and sizes were great! The owner is very nice and knowledgeable as is the whole staff. I received professional guidance and felt good about my purchases. This is a true San Diego feel good boutique. There is nothing like this boutique in the area. I can walk from my home along the water to get there with my dog, have lunch and shop! Always a great day for me!
