Nothing short of amazing. Inline came very highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Called on Thursday and the next day everything was taken care of. Jeff was extremely professional on the phone and did exactly what he promised. Kyle came to do the job, which ended up being a bit complicated/involved. He took it in stride and I can’t emphasize the professionalism both technically as well as from customer service standpoint. Kyle not only sorted the original issues but corrected a couple of others he noticed along the way. If you have electrical needs call these guys! Inline is my go-to electrician. I have used them personally and I always refer to my clients and get excellent feedback each time. These guys are incredibly professional and so great to deal with. Most recently did two big knob and tube removals and it was a top notch experience. Highly recommend!
I called Inline Electric to get an estimate to upgrade the wiring in my 125 year old home. I knew that some was still knob and tube. Very quickly they came and gave me an estimate to do the work. The fixed a couple of little electrical issues while they were doing the estimate at no charge. They worked with me to come up with a date to do the work that had it finished before my teacher tenant had to be back in the classroom. They finished the work on time, cleaned up every day, and the bill was what the estimate said. No extra charges. Exactly what the estimate was. They did a great job and I would recommend them without reservation. Thanks for a job well done.
Called Jeff on a Friday night about a kitchen receptacle issue. He offered to talk me through it over the phone to save me some money, but I felt more comfortable having someone come by. 9am Saturday morning Kyle came to our house, and in 20 minutes had me good to go. Kyle told me numerous times not to beat myself up about feeling like I screwed something up because it didn’t seem like I did. Could have been another issue. Either way everything works as it should now and I am very happy. Highly recommend Jeff and his team and will definitely be calling them again if I have other electrical issues in the future. Super friendly as well.
Kyle did an excellent job fixing the bathroom fan. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the issue in simple terms, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. The fan is running perfectly now, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Kyle to anyone needing electrical work and will be calling him again for future projects.
