The website says Dr. Little “accepts most insurance plans.” Reality: they accept none. I found this out only after arriving and spending about 15 minutes filling out intake paperwork. Ironically, while I was doing the paperwork, I was asked how I found them and I said Google — specifically because they were close to work, had good reviews, and took insurance. No one corrected me. It wasn’t until I handed over my completed paperwork and mentioned my insurance card that I was told they don’t take insurance at all — just “not yet,” and that they’re working on it. Don’t advertise insurance acceptance (or let patients continue under that assumption) until it’s actually true. UPDATE: They doctor called me today to apologize for this and explained they did take insurance but due to a change in ownership they are having to go through the process again. Until that is true again they have updated the website. I appreciate them calling and fixing the website

Dr. Little is absolutely incredible. So kind, personable but also so gifted at his job and very knowledgeable. You have to really trust someone to do adjustments on you and I promise, you won’t be disappointed if you go and see him!
